基于ANSYS 12.0的静压轴承双向流固耦合分析

摘    要:静压轴承油膜承载能力的设计和轴承材料的选择对静压轴承的工作性能和使用寿命显得尤为重要。应用ANSYS 12.0软件Workbench,ANSYS Mechanical和CFX的流固耦合功能对某大型球磨机静压轴承进行双向流固耦合分析,校核静压轴承油膜的承载能力和轴承材料的结构强度。

Abstract:The design of oil film carrying capacity and selection of materials are particularly important to the working performance and service life of hydrostatic bearings.The two-way FSI analysis is carried out for hydrostatic bearings used in large size ball mill by using FSI function of Workbench,ANSYS Mechanical and CFX,and the oil film carrying capacity and structural strength of materials for hydrostatic bearings are checked.
