摘    要:根据大庆长垣内部油田聚合物驱油井使用多种支撑剂组合的实际情况,运用FCES-100裂缝导流仪,对不同类型支撑剂组合导流能力进行了实验研究,以石英砂为主体,尾随不同比例的核桃壳或树脂砂,发挥出不同类型支撑剂的优势,以获得最大导流能力为目标,优化出了支撑剂组合的最佳比例,并从理论上做出解释,研究结果对矿场压裂设计合理尾随比的确定具有重要的指导意义。实验结果表明,不同类型支撑剂组合的导流能力随闭合压力的增加都有很大程度的下降,当闭合压力达到40MPa时导流能力已降至很低;石英砂尾随核桃壳其体积比为85%∶15%时支撑剂组合的导流能力最大,石英砂尾随树脂砂时随着树脂砂所占比例的增加支撑剂组合的导流能力逐渐增大。

Abstract:According to the practical situation of the polymer flooding wells in Daqing placanticline interior oilfield, the experimental research on fracture conductivity was conducted about the compounding of different types of proppants by FCES(Fracture Conductivity Evaluation System)-100. In the experiment, quartz sand was used as major, which was followed with different proportions of walnut shuck or colophony sand. In order to acquire the maximum conductivity, the proportion of proppants compounding was optimized. The advantages of different proppants could be utilized very well. The experimental result was explained in theory and could guide the design of rational proportion for the fracturing. The experimental results indicated that conductivity of proppants compounding would sharply decrease along with the increasing of pressure, it was very low when the closing pressure reached 40MPa. As for the compounding of quartz sand and walnut shuck, it could get the best conductivity when the volume ratio was 85% to 15%. As for the compounding of quarts sand and colophony sand, the conductivity would rise along with the increasing of the proportion of colophony sand.
