摘    要:针对自激腔室的井底岩屑磨料脉冲射流调制问题,基于计算流体力学理论,建立了自激腔室的二维物理模型并进行了数值模拟计算.研究了自激腔室的流场特征,在此基础上,分析了其结构参数对进出口压力的影响规律.结果表明,自激腔室可以激生低压涡环,有利于岩屑的吸入和脉冲射流的形成.进出口压力随着上下喷嘴直径比的增大而增大,与腔长没有明显的线性关系.研究内容可以为井底岩屑磨料脉冲射流技术提供重要参考.

Abstract:The 2D physical model of self-excited cavity was established by the means of CFD centered on the modulation of cutting abrasive impulse jetting. Flow field character and effect of structure parameter on pressure difference between inlet and outlet were analyzed. The results showed: the self-excited cavity could induce vortex, which was useful for inhaling cutting and forming pulsing jet. The pressure difference between inlet and outlet became bigger with the ratio of up/down nozzles, but was not relevant to cavity length. The result of this analysis could provide good reference for cutting abrasive impulse jetting technology.
