RESEARCH ON PREDICTION METHODS AND ANALYSIS OF COST INFLUENTIAL FACTORS FOR OFFSHORE DRILLING

In recent years,the offshore drilling operation with a high cost has become one of the major problems for offshore oil and gas exploration and exploitation.Analyzing the key factors that affect the drilling cost,and finding out the methods for reducing the offshore drilling cost are very important.The cost of offshore drilling includes international ocean drilling cost and domestic ocean drilling cost.The factors affecting offshoredrilling cost were analyzed,including objective factors,subjective factors and uncertainty factors.The relationship between the well depth and the drilling cost was researched,and the cost forecast methods of offshore oil drilling were analyzed,it provided the basis for rational control and management of drilling cost.
