| Abstract: | Basing on the job demand and market research of the company,and taking the service of the local economy into account,College and Caterpillar conducted in-depth school-enterprise cooperation.Aiming at "marketers","agents","suppliers" and "production technology workers" positions,and according to the need of the company,we set up the courses and constructed specialties,and ensured the talent training of the Use and Maintenance of Engineering Machinery to meet the social needs. |
