金属茂均相催化剂用于乙烯聚合的研究

摘    要:研究金属茂均相催化剂中过渡金属的性质对乙烯聚合的影响。以丁烯基取代的二茂二氯化锆(CpBu)2ZrCl2和丁烯基取代的二茂二氯化锆(CpBu)2HfCl2与甲基铝氧烷组成的均相催化剂体系,对乙烯聚合进行了较详细的比较研究。

Abstract:Ethylene was homopolymerized with two homogeneous catalysts (CpBu)2ZrCl2 and (CpBu)2HfCl2 (Bu = CH2CH2CH = CH2) using methylaluminoxane (MAO) as cocatalyst. The influences of the polymerization conditions (temperature, [Al]/[M](M = Zr,Hf)) on the activity and properties of the polymers were investigated. It was found that under the same polymerization conditions, the activity of Hafnocere Catalyst is lower than that of Zirconocene Catalyst; but the molecular weight of polymer produced with Hafnocene is higher than that produced with Zirconocene. The rate curve of ethylene polymerization is decreasing type for (CpBu)2ZrCl2 Catalyst. (CpBu)2HfCl2 catalysts rate curve has a induction period.
