摘 要: | 简述了微波加热的机理,以湿木材为研究对象,通过理论计算确定了微波在木材中的穿透深度。计算表明:随着木材含水率和微波工作频率的增加,微波在木材中的穿透深度减小;当用频率为915MHz和2450MHz的微波加热或干燥具有高含水率的多孔介质时,多孔介质的最大厚度应分别控制在16cm和6cm以内。

Abstract: | In this paper, the mechanism of microwave heating and the influencing factors to the dielectric properties of wood were introduced. The calculating method for the penetrating depth of microwave through wood was developed. The calculated result shows that the penetrating depth decreases with the increasing wood moisture content and microwave frequency. When wood with a high moisture content is heated by microwave radiation under the frequencies of 915 MHz and 2450 MHz, the maximum penetrating thickness will reach to about 16 cm and 6 cm respectively. |
