基于嵌入式实时操作系统的发动机电控润滑油系统

摘    要:减少非正常润滑油消耗对于节能和降低发动机排放具有重要的意义,改进润滑系统是降低润滑油消耗量的关键环节。本文基于可控润滑油系统的设计概念,利用网络分析法得到的润滑系统特性,构建了电控润滑油系统的硬件电路,设计了基于嵌入式实时操作系统的软件。利用单片机实现对测量数据的处理、工作状态的自动识别、温度偏差的动态补偿和人工修正,使润滑油流量可以根据不同的要求灵活地控制。

Abstract:It is important to reduce abnormal lubricant consumption in saving energy and emission reduction of engines and is crucial to design lubricant system in order to lower lube oil consumption.Based on design concept of control system for lubrication oil with lubrication system characteristics obtained by the network analytical method,hardware circuits of electronic control system for lubrication oil was made,and the software on the basis of embedded real time operating system(RTOS) was designed.The microcomputer is used to process measured data,identify automatically operation status and perform dynamic compensation for temperature bias,manual adjustment to control flexibly the lubricant flow according to different requirements.
