轴流压气机特性预测

摘    要:对某一预测压气机性能的算法进行了分析研究。该算法是基于20多台压气机数据综合分析得出的一系列半经验公式和修正系数,并结合压气机几何参数来预测压气机性能。在对原算法进行深入分析的基础上,对分解单级特性的算法提出了改进方案。为验证改进方案的可行性和适用性,对2台多级轴流压气机性能进行了计算。结果表明,分解单级特性的改进方案是可行的。

Abstract:Present methods in P. R. China for performance prediction of multi stage axial compressor seem to be not satisfactory in that prediction accuracy is not high enough. We aim to attain better accuracy. Section 2 discusses how to improve on present methods used in P. R. China. Then section 3 applies our method to two specific examples: a 6 stage axial compressor and a 7 stage one. Figs.2 and 3 give performance characteristics calculated for second stage of the 6 stage axial compressor by one of the present methods and by our method respectively. The results in Fig.3 (our method) are significantly better than those in Fig.2(one of the present methods). Fig.4 gives calculated results for the 7 stage axial compressor; solid triangles represent points calculated by one of the present methods and crosses represent points calculated by our method. Again, Fig.4 shows that our method gives better results.
