O_3/FeSO_4协同处理活性艳红X-3B的研究

摘    要:采用O3/FeSO4协同对活性染料X-3B进行处理,证明O3/FeSO4协同处理染液的脱色率和CODCr去除率均高于两者单独作用,且CODCr去除率分别比两者高17.67%和27.63%;当染液质量浓度为1 g/L,硫酸亚铁的投加量为4 g/L,通10 g/h臭氧时间为8 min,pH值为9.0,反应温度为40℃时效果最佳,脱色率和CODCr去除率分别为99.34%和81.39%,其反应机理遵循一级动力学过程。

Abstract:Reactive brilliant red X-3B containing wastewater was treated by the synergetic effect of O3 and FeSO4,the results showed that,the removal rates of colority and CODCr by the said combined process were both higher than that by the independent effect of the two process,and the improving rate of CODCr removal were 17.67% and 27.63% respectively;the optimal treatment effect was obtained under the condition that,the mass concentration of dyeing wastewater was 1 g / L,the dosage of ferrous sulphate was 4 g / L,the aeration quantity of ozone was 10 g / h,the aeration time was 8 min,the pH value was 9.0,and the reaction temperature was 40 ℃,the removal rates of colority and CODCr reached 99.34% and 81.39% respectively,the reaction mechanism was in according with the first order kinetic model.
