普光气田大型酸压改造技术

摘    要:酸压改造是普光气田建产、增储上产的主要手段,但该气田海相碳酸盐岩储层具有埋藏深、温度高、产层厚、非均质性强、高含硫等特点,酸压改造面临大量技术难题。为此,选用该地区不同井层的岩心,通过大量室内评价性试验研究,优选出适合于该地区大型酸压改造的酸液体系;从普光气田目前的开发实际出发,结合储层地质特征,提出了一整套适合于该地区的酸化工艺及相关配套技术。最后以一口成功的典型井为例,证实了优选出的酸液体系及酸压工艺在该地区具有较好的适应性。

Abstract:Acid fracturing in one of the main means for enhancing the gas production and increasing the gas reserves in the Puguang Gasfield. However, the gas reservoirs of marine carbonate rocks in this field are characterized by deep buried formations, high temperature, thick payzones, high heterogeneity, high sulfur content, etc., so acid fracturing has to face up with so many technical problems there. By samples of various rock cores obtained from different wells and formation layers in this field, a great number of indoors lab tests have carried out evaluation study to refine a kind of acid solution system for large scale acid fracturing fit for this gas field. And starting from the actual development condition, based on geologic behaviors in the gas reservoirs in the Puguang Gasfield, this study put forward a complete series of acid fracturing technology and the related matching techniques designed especially for this field. Taking a successful experience in a drilled well as an example, this study finally concluded that the refined acid system and acid fracturing technology adapt well to the Puguang Gasfield.
