京沪两地高等教育中外合作办学的比较

为在促进我国中外合作办学稳步健康地发展,从北京、上海办学的现状出发,对北京和上海两地在办学层次和类别、招生方式、开设专业或课程、证书授予及具体实施方式等方面进行比较,从而得出京沪两地办学的异同及趋势,进而对我国开展高等教育中外合作办学的监督管理机制的完善提出几点建议。

Comparisons between sino-foreign cooperation in running school in Beijing and Shanghai

The Sino-foreign cooperation in running school （SFCRS） has been developed for 21 years in China. A considerable development in Beijing and Shanghai in recent years make them model cities of SFCRS. Based on the present situations of SFCRS in both Beijing and Shanghai the two cities are compared from the aspects of level and category of schools, ways of recruiting students, the curricula and major establishment, the awarding of diploma and so on. The similarities and differences of them as well as the development tendency are analyzed. Finally, some useful recommendations are put forward to improve the supervision mechanism of SFCRS in higher education, aiming to promote the sound development of SFCRS in China.
