透水混凝土配合比设计的研究

摘    要:研究如何在现有基础上改善透水混凝土配合比设计.以粗集料空隙率、目标孔隙率、水灰比为配合比主要指标,采用体积法进行设计.试件成型时采用1.0MPa压力进行静压成型.水灰比的范围为0.25~0.40.通过对试件的孔隙率、透水系数、抗压强度、抗折强度等的测定可知,在研究条件下,综合考虑强度和透水系数的要求,一定目标孔隙率下可确定一个最佳水灰比,从而获得最终配合比.

Abstract:This paper studies on how to improve proportion on the current base. The method of proportion in this study is the volume method. The key parameters of this method are the void ratio of coarse aggregate, goal porosity and water to cement ratio. While casting, the cubic specimen was shaped into taper and pressed with a self-designed device under the 1.0 MPa compress strength loading 10s with a self-designed device. The permeability coefficient was measured under invariable hydraulic pressure with a self-designed device. In this study, the water to cement ratio varied from 0.25 to 0.4 with the step of 0.05. The tests of practical goal porosity, permeability coefficient and compressive strength were done. By means of combining strength with permeability coefficient, optimal mix proportion for different goal porosity is obtained.
