| 摘 要： | 论述了虚拟企业的内涵、特点和虚拟企业的集成；介绍了Web Service的含义、特征及体系结构；分析了Web Service应用于虚拟企业中的可行性，同时给出了应用Web Service的虚拟企业框图；指出了应用Web Service的虚拟企业的工作步骤，据此能够通过Web Service实现虚拟企业的集成的结论。

| Abstract: | The definition, characters and intergration of VE(virtual enterprise) are discussed here. The feasibility of using Web Service technologies in VE is analysed based on introducing the concepts, characters and structure model of Web Service. A conclusion is drawn after providing the figure of VE with Web Service. |
