摘    要:介绍了涤纶短纤维生产多品种优化排产的决策支持系统。通过对涤纶短纤维生产过程中存在的问题的分析,建立了具有数据库、模型库、方法库和知识库四库一体的决策支持系统。该系统模型库采用优化排产混合整数规划(MILP)问题模型,较好地解决了实际生产最困难的排产优化问题,能针对各种实际情况给出满意解,为涤纶短纤维实际生产过程优化控制提供了有力的决策支持工具。

Decision-Supporting System for Optimization of Polyester Staple Fiber Production

Abstract:The decision-supporting system (DSS) for the polyester staple fiber to be optimized in production of multi-products, was described. Through analyzing the problems on polyester staple fiber production processes, a four-base DSS which contained database, model base, method base and knowledge base was built. The main characteristics were that its model base contained mixed-integer programming models which made it own an enhanced searching-optimum function. This system's model bases solved well the most difficult production planning problems in the polyester staple fiber plants. The DSS was a power tool for optimizing the practical production processes.
