薄壁管液压成形计算与有限元模拟分析

摘    要:采用塑性变形理论对薄壁管成形进行分析,计算胀形力。应用SolidWorks建立胀形模型,应用Dynaform对模型进行有限元分析,模拟在不同的胀形压力和不同的胀形速度下的成形情况。通过大量模拟,分析胀形力及胀形速度对成形的影响。

Abstract:The Thin-walled tube hydroforming was analysed by plastic deformation, with bulging force calculated. The bulging mode was established by using SolidWorks, the finite element was done on this model by using Dynaform. Simulating the forming situation at different bulging forces and different bulging speeds was implemented. Through substantial simulation, both the bulging forces and the bulging speeds impacting on hydroforming were all analyzed.
