摘    要:为了解决弧面分度凸轮机构逆向设计的准确性问题,研究了弧面分度凸轮机构逆向设计中运动规律的确定方法。通过弧面分度凸轮廓面的测量数据,应用优化设计方法和运动规律拟合方法求出了弧面分度凸轮机构运动规律。不仅解决了弧面分度凸轮机构逆向设计的关键问题,也为其他机构逆向设计打开了一个思路。

Abstract:The motion rule of arc face indexing cam mechanism in reverse design was studied in order to solve the problem on reverse design of arc face indexing cam mechanism accurately. The cam motion rule was found by using the convex-profile data measured and the optimizing method as well as the fitting method. This not only solved the problem on the inverse-designing arc face indexing cam mechanism, but also opened a thinking rule for the inv other erse-designing mechanism.
