渐进还是激进——经济转轨道路的思索

计划经济向市场经济的转型是过去十年间最主要的经济事件。在这次巨变中,中国选择了一条与中东欧国家和前苏联截然不同的道路,"摸着石头过河"的渐进式改革。不同的改革方式导致了不同的改革结果。中国经历了20年的迅速增长,而俄罗斯和其他独联体国家却经历了将近10年的下降。中国和中东欧国家经济转型的实践对传统经济理论提出了挑战,也把世界各国经济学家的研究焦点从标准的价格与货币理论转向合同及其社会制度环境。

Radical or Progressive-Thinking about the Road of Economy Transition

The transformation from the planned economy to the market economy was the most important thing in the past ten years.In this transformation,China chooses a different road from the Central and Eastern Euro- pean and former Soviet Union.The road chosen by China is called the progressive transform.The different transform leads to different consequence.China's economy has experienced quick 20-year increase,but the Central and Eastern European and Russia's economy decline by a large margin in the past 10 years.China and the Central and Eastern European economy transition introduced a challenge to the tradition economic theory, and drew the word economists'focus on contract and its social system environment from standard theory of the price and currency.
