武汉城市居民阶层化与居住空间分异研究

随着经济的发展，中国正在经历一个现代化和制度急剧转型的过程，在这一过程中，出现了社会结构的分层，而城市住区的类型也呈现出多元发展的特征，城市居住空间分异的现象日趋明显。本文主要通过实证研究和问卷调查的方式，从武汉市城市居民阶层化的角度，对其居住空间的分异现象进行分析，探讨更加人性化、更加和谐的武汉城市居住空间规划建设策略。

Study on the Urban Residenter Estatezation and the Living Space Dissimilation in Wuhan

with the economic developing, china has been experiencing a process of modernization and system rapidly changing, in which a social stratification is appeared. However, the several of the residential area development and the differentiation of living spaces become more and more distinctness. This article analyzes the phenomenon of the living spaces differentiation through empirical and questionnaire research, and from the point of the urban inhabitants＇ classes view, in order to discuss a living spaces planning and construction policy which is more humanization and harmonious.
