摘    要:采用大涡模拟和粒子流的动能理论的方法对分解炉内部气固两相流场进行了详细的数值模拟.数值计算结果给出了炉内气体运动及颗粒浓度分布的规律和特点,验证了该分解炉设计的合理性,为今后分析分解炉内的传热、传质及化学反应过程提供了理论依据.

Abstract:Flow behavior of the gas and particle in the calciner is simulated through using the large eddy simulations and the kinetic theory of granular flow.The results of numerical calculation show the disciplines and features of the gases movement and the particles concentration distribution in the calciner.This verifies that the design of the spouted calciner is reasonable,and providing a theory basis for the further research about the heat transfer,mass transfer and chemical reaction process.
