基于vPower的高温堆示范电站HTR-PM200凝汽系统仿真研究

摘    要:以高温堆示范电站(HTR-PM200)华能山东石岛湾核电厂全范围培训仿真机为研究背景,在深入了解HTR-PM200凝汽器内部结构、凝汽系统构成及凝结换热计算原理的基础上,建立了高温堆核电站HTR-PM200凝汽系统的动态仿真程序.同时借助于vPower仿真平台,对HTR-PM200机组凝汽系统在不同负荷下的稳态精度以及各种扰动下的动态特性进行了对比性验证.结果表明,该模型能满足工程应用要求,可用于仿真培训、凝汽器变工况特性分析等,具有较好的工程实用性.

Abstract:In this paper,taking the full scope training simulator of high-temperature reactor demonstration power station(HTR-PM200) in Huaneng Shidao Bay Nuclear Power Plant as the research background,based on the structure and condensation heat transferring calculation theory of condenser,the dynamic mathematics model and program is established by using the engineering modular modeling method,and process simulation algorithms is developed with the support of vPower simulation software.The model’s steady simulation precision under different load and its dynamic response on different disturbance are tested and comparatively validated.It shows that the model has better engineering practicability and can be used for simulation training,condenser characteristic analysis in the case of variable working conditions.
