高职高专入学新生心理健康综合诊断分析

通过对重庆电力高等专科学校2005级1876名新生施测UPI、SCL-90和EPQ三套量表,统计分析数据得出结果。其中SCL-90的数据显示,有90．5％的学生测查结果表现为正常,4．7％的表现为轻度异常,但有4．8％的学生需要接受心理咨询及其以上的心理干预;EPQ测查数据显示,在P因子(精神质)上,大于65分的仅占总数的1．3％,分数多集中在35与65之间,也就是说,在精神质上更趋向于中性;UPI的统计结果表明,心理处于完全正常的学生人数占总人数的87．5％,与SCL-90测查的结果(87．29％)之间没有显著的差异,而得分符合咨询及其以上要求的总比率达到11．7％,与SCL-90诊断的结果(6．40％)有显著的差异。

The Integrative Diagnosis Concerning Mental Health of New Students in Higher Vocational College

The author made a psychological survey among 1876 new students of Grade 2005. The statistics of SCL-90 shows that 90.5% students are normal, 4.7% students are a little abnormal while 4.8%students need mental consultation or therapy; that of EPQ reveals that 1.3% students get the score of 65 on the P factor(psychoticism), and most students' are between 35 and 65, that is to say the P factor is apt to be neuter; the results of UPI indicates that 87.5% is completely normal in mentality in coordinate with the result (87.29%) of SCL-90, however the ratio accord with mental consultation is up to 11.7% which is quite different from 6.40%, the result of SCL-90.
