| 摘 要： | 建立了对2,4-二氯苯甲醛含量进行测定的反相高效液相色谱法。采用SH IMPACK CLC-ODS色谱柱,以乙腈∶水(67∶33)的溶液为流动相,UV检测器波长为257 nm。在0.02~1.0 mg/mL范围内r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.52%,相对偏差为0.83%,检出限为0.69μg/mL。

| Abstract: | An analytical method of 2,4-dichlorobenzaldehyde by RP-HPLC has been established.The following chromatographic conditions were used in the experiments: SHIMPACK CLC-ODS column;the mixture of acetonitrile and water(67∶33) was as mobile phase;UV detector at 257 nm.The linear range of 2,4-dichlorobenzaldehyde was 0.02 ～1.0 mg/mL(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 99.52%,and the RSD was 0.83%,the detection limit was 0.69 μg/mL. |
