阳极氧化过程中电击穿理论的研究进展

摘    要:微弧氧化技术是近年来在国内兴起的铝及其合金的新型阳极氧化技术。通常,微弧氧化是在阳极氧化膜被电击穿的基础上进行,电击穿理论的研究有利于表面处理新技术的开发及微弧氧化的探讨。在此总结了几十年来电击穿理论的研究成果,并对各种理论假设和模型进行了评价。

Abstract:Microarc oxidation is a new developed anodic oxidation technique in recent years in China. Generally, microarc oxidation is based on the breakdown of anodic oxide film by electric current. Studies on the theory of electric breakdown are requisite for investigation of the mechanism of microarc oxidation and development of new surface treatment technique. Study results of the electric breakdown theory were reviewed in the past several decades, in addition, various theoretic hypotheses and models were evaluated.
