| 摘 要： | 介绍了西门子T3000系统在谏壁发电厂1000 MW机组汽轮机控制上的应用,结合工程实际,阐述了汽轮机数字电液控制系统(DEH)的构成,并对T3000系统在汽轮机控制中危急遮断系统(ETS)功能的实现、系统的数据通讯以及自启停功能的应用进行了说明,最后对T3000系统在工程安装调试过程中遇到的问题进行总结.从谏壁发电厂1000 MW机组DEH系统调试及运行情况来看,T3000系统对汽轮机的精确控制,能很好地满足汽轮机的控制要求.

| Abstract: | T3000 system used in the control system of Siemens 1 000 MW steam turbine in Jianbi Power Plant is introduced.Combined with the practical engineering,the configuration of DEH systems of steam turbines is presented,and the T3000 system in turbine control implementation of ETS functions,system data communication and ATC functions are explained.In the end,the issues occured in the engineering installation and debugging process of T3000 system are summerized.With view of the commissioning and operation of DEH system,T3000 system applied for controlling the steam turbine accurately can satisfy all requirements of steam turbine. |
