离子色谱法测试电线电缆材料中的卤素含量

摘    要:通过氧弹燃烧的方法,采用离子色谱仪测定卤素含量,准确可靠地定量测试电线电缆材料中的微量卤素。4个元素的标准曲线线性相关性、重复性好,误差低,各6次的重复测试结果表明此法测定F-、Cl-、Br-、I-的相对标准偏差均≤5%。

Abstract:The trace halogen in wire and cable materials can be quantitated by ion chromatography (IC) with oxygen bomb combustion (OBC) accurately and reliably. The standard curve of four elements shows a good linear correla- tion, and the six-time repeated trials illustrate that the relative standard deviation of F - ,Cl- ,Br- ,I- were less than 5% , which demonstrate that the IC-OBC method can be easily applied to the quality control analysis.
