海上平台冷放空气体扩散模拟计算与分析研究

摘    要:在海上油田开发工程中,对于平台上少量间歇性的可燃性气体泄放通常进行冷放空处理,但需重视对泄放气体在大气中的扩散分析,以保证平台人员和设施的安全。本文运用Fluent软件对涠洲6-8WHPA平台冷放空气体排放设计进行了模拟计算与分析,通过对泄放气体爆炸极限、重组分扩散及风速影响等进行了分析和校核,进一步保证了涠洲6-8WHPA平台冷放空设计的合理与平台人员和设施的安全,以期对类似平台的冷设计提供参考。

Abstract:In the offshore oilfield development project, the light episodic natural gas blowdown is usually handled by cold hlowdown, but the gas diffusion in air should be analyzed to ensure the safety of personnel and facilities on the platform. This paper simulates the blowdown gas diffusion from WZ6-8 WHPA offshore platform by Fluent software with calculation and analysis, and it studies explosion limit and heavy component of blowdown gas and wind velocity influence to make sure the cold blowdown design rationality and safety of personnel and facilities on the WZ6-8 WHPA platform, which is expected to be reference for similar platform cold vent design.
