浅谈YBS系列隔爆型三相异步电动机绕组绝缘处理工艺

摘    要:文章探讨了YBS系列隔爆型三相异步电动机绕组绝缘浸烘工艺过程,以及浸漆设备从以前的沉浸到现在的真空加压浸漆;烘干设备从以前的远红外烘干炉过渡到现在的热风循环式烘干炉在实际中的应用与工艺过程的简化。实践充分论证,新的浸烘设备及工艺过程,不但简化了工艺过程而且提高了生产效率与浸烘质量。

Abstract:This paper approaches the technological process for insulation winding impression for se- ries YBS flameproof three - phase induction motors, including the equipments upgrading, such as VPI equipments replacing the old, heated air circulation draying stove replacing the former far infrared stove. With the practices, it enhances the production efficiency and impression quality through the new VPI equipments and technological process.
