| 摘 要： | 中压锅炉过热器材质常选用20和12Cr1MOV两种可焊性较好的压力钢管。通过两起安装实例对这两种钢种的焊接技术进行了探讨,经过实践证明所选用的氩弧焊焊接工艺是正确的,焊接质量也能得到可靠保证,为类似的锅炉过热器改造安装工程提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Medium-pressure boiler superheaters are usually made of 20 carbon steel and 12Cr1MOV heat resistant low alloy steel,both of them having good weldability.The welding techniques for the two kinds of steels were discussed,combined with two practical cases of boiler installation.TIG welding process proved to be a correct choice,which could provide good welding quality. |
