基于CAE的铣镗床电主轴热变形研究

摘    要:以电主轴为研究对象,尝试采用CAE理论分析与试验研究相结合的手段和方法,对电主轴这一典型高速旋转结构的热场分布和热变形进行了探索性研究,并提出了主轴结构优化设计的具体措施.

Abstract:The article tried to search for a research method about the Temperature field and Thermal strain targeted to spindle,that it is combined CAE and test.Eventually;the author submitted same optimization measures of structure based on the method.
