无速度传感器直接转矩控制在数控机床中的应用

摘    要:提出一种采用神经网络无速度传感器直接转矩控制在数控机床调速系统的应用方案,实现数控机床调速系统的高速精密控制,使系统具有更强的鲁棒性和容错性.使数控机床实现了快速、精密的速度控制.结果表明,该系统具有较好的具有良好的调速性能.

Abstract:Proposed that one kind uses the neural network non-velocity generator direct torque control in the numerically-controlled machine tool velocity modulation system's application plan,realizes the numerically-controlled machine tool velocity modulation system's high speed close regulation,enables the system to have a stronger robustness and the fault tolerance.Caused the numerically-controlled machine tool to realize fast,the precise speed control.The result indicated that this system has well has the good velocity modulation performance.
