摘    要:中国铝业贵州分公司氧化铝厂进行高浓度铝酸钠溶液连续碳酸化分解工艺技术的研究,并在生产中成功应用,实现了提高氧化铝产量,降低设备运行费用和能耗,改善产品质量,优化碳分系统工艺,提升碳分岗位操作控制水平的目的。

Abstract:The alumina plant of Guizhou Branch has researched the technology of continuous carbonization precipitation for high alumina concentration in sodium aluminate solution.By applying the technology,it increases alumina production and reduces operating costs and energy consumption,improves product quality,optimizes the system of carbonization precipitation and upgrades the level of operational control.
