| 摘 要： | 本工艺打破了只有用烧结法精液生产超细氢氧化铝的桎梏,充分利用磷对分解加速和加深的影响,磷酸三钠的分散性能,用便宜的拜耳法精液为生产原料,精制成脱色精液,用磷酸制备高活性晶种浆液进行两段分解。中试结果表明,本工艺生产成本低,制晶种易控制,晶型结构完整,产品分散效果、洗涤性能良好,一段、二段分解率达到70%~75%和65%~70%,磷可以以磷酸钙进入赤泥,从而消除了磷的累积影响。
