摘    要:针对目前小型单螺杆空压机控制器的功能需要和市场需求,基于AVR单片机技术,结合模块化柔性设计理论,开发了一款小型单螺杆空压机控制器,系统以ATmega16单片机为核心,设计了A/D采样、开关量输入、键盘扫描、开关量输出、LCD显示与报警等外围接口电路,并开发了相应的控制器系统软件.工程实际测试与应用结果表明,该控制器具...

Abstract:Aiming at the functional necessity and market requirement of a controller for small single-screw air compressor,based on AVR technology,associated with modularized flexible design theory,a controller for small single-screw air compressor was designed.The system recognizes ATmega16 microcontroller as its foremost part.The peripheral interface circuits of the system,including A/D sampling,switch input,keyboard scan,LCD display and alarm etc.,were designed.Simultaneously,relative system software about the controller was exploited.Through actual engineering test and application,the result indicates that the controller is featuring low-cost and well-functioned,which perfectly meets the need of the market.
