| 摘 要： | 调速阀是用来调节液压系统流量的元件,从而控制系统执行元件的速度,使其运动速度均匀平稳.虽然调速闯中的定差减压阀自动补偿负载变化对流量的影响,始终保持节流阀前后的压力差恒定不变,消除了负载变化对流量的影响,但是调速阀的流量稳定范围是有限的,即对进、出口压力的变化有一个限制.本文介绍了调速阀的结构原理以及流量稳定性分析.

| Abstract: | Speed governor valve is an element to adjust of bleed-off system,it can be uesd to control velocity of actuating element in system and make it have uniformity and calm movement.Though pressure reducing valve in speed governor valve can compensate automatically influence to flux because of load changing,and make pressure difference of throttle valve keeping invariable all the time,so as to eliminate influence of load changing to flux.But adjusting range of speed governor valve is limited,that means it has an limitation to pressure change in oil inlet and outlet.Structural priciple and flux stability analysis are introduced in this paper. |
