| 摘 要： | MPEG4是一种低带宽的视频压缩标准，在网络视频会议与视频监控领域具有广泛的应用。由于DSP芯片具有处理器速度快、接口灵活和可编程等特点，可以满足新一代网络视频会议与视频监控实时应用智能终端与系统的处理要求。文章介绍了以ADI公司的高性能DSP芯片ADSP—BF533为平台，实现视频编码的方法。

For DSP has many excellences for example speed rapid, interface agility, programmable and so on, they can satisfy with new generation net video meeting and video monitoring real-time application intelligence terminal and system.This paper introduces video coder implementation method based on ADSP-BF533. |
