| 摘 要： | 针对DBD型臭氧发生器的特点，提出了一种实用的测量臭氧发生器负载参数的方法，介绍了该方法的原理以及负载的相关参数和放电功耗的计算，并给出了实验结果，为合理设计高效率臭氧发生器配套电源提供了重要的保证。
