| 摘 要： | 针对自来水厂管网供水阀门的控制问题,给出了一种基于人机界面(HMI)和PLC的简易控制方法。在不需要对阀门加装伺服机构和改换阀门的情况下,采用普通单向交流异步电机作为动力,利用光电开关设计了一套阀门旋转圈数的检测机构,实现了对阀门的远程控制。具有成本低廉和可靠性高的特点,对水厂中经常调节的阀门有较高的推广应用价值。
