蒸馏技术现状与发展方向

摘    要:分析了精馏传质过程与分离工程的特点 ,介绍了精馏过程的基础理论和过程强化的研究现状。从学科研究的角度 ,提出进行精馏过程非线性、非平衡传质行为和特征的研究 ,是解决设备放大效应的理论基础。而发展精馏技术的科学的工程设计方法 ,需要将过程传递行为与设备结构相结合。并提出了相应的促进措施和研究方法。

Abstract:The characters included in distillation process are analyzed.The present status and development of basic the ories and enhancement methods of distillation technology are reviewed.The proposed fundamental approach,which would solve the problem of equipment scales,is to make the theoretic study on nonlinear dynamics and non equilibrium for the process.The development of the scientific design method of the separation engineering may rely on the combination of the equipment structures and the behaviors of mass transfer and momentum transfer.Some study methods pertinent to the above suggestions are presented.
