发泡保温砂浆的性能研究

摘    要:以普通硅酸盐水泥为胶凝材料,以聚苯颗粒为轻质骨料,研究了聚苯颗粒保温砂浆的性能。针对其界面结合不好,内部结构松散的缺点,加入适量的发泡剂进行改善,并对其表干密度、抗压强度、导热系数等性能进行研究,确定最佳配比。利用扫描电镜对聚苯颗粒保温砂浆和发泡聚苯颗粒保温砂浆进行微观结构分析,探讨发泡剂的作用机理。

Abstract:a kind of insulating polystyrene grain mortar,consisted of common silicate concrete as gelation,polystyrene grain as lighweight aggregate,is researched in this paper.The optimal formula is ensured through adding suitable foamer to improve the interface combination,and researching on the surface dry density,the compressive strength and thermal conductivity.Finally analyzes the microstructure through electron microscope,and discusses the effect mechanism of foamer.
