穿入铜纤维薄微穿孔板的吸声性能

摘    要:提出在薄微穿孔板微孔中穿入铜纤维的结构,有效拓宽薄微穿孔板的吸声频带,提高吸声系数,使微穿孔板吸声性能在中低频得到很大的提高。研究结果表明,样品直径为100 mm, 29 mm,穿孔直径为1 mm,厚度2 mm,穿孔率为3 %的微穿孔板,穿入铜纤维的直径为0.13 mm,穿入铜纤维为3和4根时,在100 Hz ~ 1 600 Hz内,共振吸声系数[α0]达0.99;穿入7至9根时,吸声频带可拓宽1 000 Hz以上;随着穿入纤维数量的增加,吸声频带显著向低频移动,当穿入11根时,移动幅值为464 Hz。

Abstract:In this paper,it is reported that the structure of thin micro-perforated panel(MPP)with its holes penetrated by copper fibers can extend effectively the absorption band and improve sound absorption coefficient.Thus,the sound absorption performance of the micro-perforated plate is greatly improved in the mid-and-low frequency range.The sound-absorption testing was done for the MPP samples with 100 mm and 29 mm diameters respectively,2 mm thickness,1mm diameter holes,3%perforation rate and 0.13mm diameter pen...
