| 摘 要： | 针对重载汽车齿轮变速箱的工作特点,对该齿轮箱的空档、十个前进档、两个倒档的稳态运行及其升速过程进行振动与噪声测试,并对振动信号进行时域和频谱分析。分析结果对于了解齿轮变速箱的振动与噪声特性以及基于振动和噪声信号的齿轮箱质量评价具有重要意义,并且为研究以减振降噪为目的的齿轮箱结构动力学优化设计奠定基础。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the operating characteristics of heavy vehicle's gear box,a vibration and noise testing of the gear box on neutral gear,ten front motions and two reverses was carried out.The measured signals were analyzed in the time domain and the spectral frequency domain.The results have some significance for understanding the characteristic of the vibration and noise of the gearbox and in quality evaluation of the gearbox based on the vibration and noise signals. |
