高活性中间馏分油型加氢裂化催化剂RT-30的研制

摘    要:采用化学处理方法制备出一种具有更宽铝间距的改性分子筛。以该改性分子筛为酸性组分,以Ni、W为加氢活性组分,制备出一种高活性、高选择性的加氢裂化催化剂RT-30,用于满足不断增长的优质中间馏分油的需求。2000h寿命试验表明,该催化剂具有良好的稳定性,且产品质量良好。

Abstract:A modified zeolite Y having longer distance among framework aluminum atoms was prepared by chemical treatment. Based on said modified zeolite and using nickel and tungsten as hydrogenation components, a highly middle distillate selective hydrocracking catalyst RT-30 was developed to meet the increasing demand of high quality middle distillate. The catalyst demonstrated high activity and stability during a 2 000h life-time running test and the qualities of the products met the requirements of high quality naphtha, diesel fuel and feedstock for ethylene production.
