摘    要:介绍了轧机厚度控制系统的设计与实现,在LabVIEW平台下实现了基于TCP/IP协议的控制系统网络和控制器的建立。以某铝箔厂1700mm轧机为研究背景提取其数学模型,在一台PC上建立该轧机的动态仿真模型(仿真机),代替现场轧机来验证控制系统。实验表明,通过这种仿真机验证的轧机厚度控制系统,如果将输入输出端口接到现场轧机中就可以完成现场任务。

The design and simulation of a thickness control system for a rolling mill based on LabVIEW

Abstract:This paper presents the design and setting-up a thickness control system for a rolling mill based on the TCP/IP protocol by means of the LabVIEW platform. In order to validate the control system, a dynamic model as a simulator is built instead of a rolling mill at a worksite, which is set up on a PC based on a mathematic model for a real rolling mill in a plant. Experiments show that the control system verified by the simulator can finish the job at its working fied when its input and output signals are connected to the rolling mill in service.
