摘    要:通过介绍高炉矿渣环保综合利用新途径——高炉矿渣微粉生产工艺,提供了一条如何将高炉矿渣变废为宝的新途径,以满足循环经济的要求,最大限度地提高能源与资源的利用率、减少废弃物的排放、减少有毒物质的排放,使废物最小量化,加强资源的循环使用能力,以尽可能小的资源投入和环境代价,取得尽可能大的经济效益和社会效益,促进资源永续利用,努力实现人与自然的和谐发展。

Abstract:This paper describes the new environment protecting disposal method of blast furnace slag, the producing flow of BF slag powdered. This method is a new approach to make waste to be useful material to content the cycle economic requirement. It also could advance the using rate of resource and energy source to reduce the discard letting and toxicant letting, and to strengthen the cycle using ability of resource. It is means that using the minimal resource to create maximal economy benefit and society benefit, and to advance the cycle using of resource, pull off the harmonious development between human and nature.
