| 摘 要： | 采用金属成形有限元分析软件DEFORM,模拟了在不同入模半角下,JH70摩托车发动机主轴的矩形花键冷挤压成形过程.仿真结果显示,成形力随入模半角的增加而上升,选择适当的入模半角,有利于金属成形.并进行了工艺实验,实验结果与数值模拟结果一致.

| Abstract: | With metal forming finite element analysis software DEFORM,a simulation of cold extrusion process of the spline shaft of a JH70 motorcycle-engine with different entrance half angles is carried out and the simulation results show that the forming force increases as entrance half angles increase.The suitable entrance half angle is helpful to metal forming.Technological test is conducted and the result is in accordance with the simulation result. |
