| Abstract: | Power division and balance is a constitutional government principle in modern democratic and lawruled countries. It brings a new way to class management in higher vocational colleges after it evolved into a management thought. To make a class contract and to divide authority among class committee can realize the reform of class management in higher vocational colleges. |
