摘    要:伺服系统是数控机床故障率较高的部分。文中结合实际工作中数控机床的故障现象,分析了伺服系统几种故障。的原因及对故障现象的判断,提出了有针对性的解决措施,对数控工程技术人员有一定的参考指导意义。

Abstract:CNC machine tool servo system is part with a high failure rate. Based on a common fault phenomenon, the paper analyzed several common failure reasons and failure judgement of the actual CNC machine tool servo systems. These measures have a certain significance for CNC engineering and technical personnel.
