热风循环烤房试验初报

摘    要:试验结果表明,热风循环烤房比对照烤房纵向温差平均减少1.34℃(平面温差基本相近),进风速增加1.7m/s,排风速增加1.0m/s,叶间风速增加0.1m/s,平均湿球温度减少0.55℃,上等烟提高13.4个百分点,均价提高0.71元/kg,每千克干烟耗煤减少0.47kg,每炉烘烤时间缩短8.75h,整炉烟变黄均匀一致,烤后烟叶颜色更加鲜亮。

Abstract:Compared with the control,the results of heatair circulating,earth surface moistureproof flue curing barn showed that the average vertical temperature difference had been decreased by 134(plane temperature difference was similar),the speed of air inlet increased by 17m/s,the speed of air exhaust increased by 1.0m/s,the wind velocity between leaves increased by 0.1m/s,the average wetbulb temperature decreased by 055,the percentage of firstclass tobacco increased 13.4%,the average price increased by 071 yuan/kg,the coal consumed per 1000g dry tobacco decreased by 0.74kg,the flue curing time shortened by 8.75h,meanwhile cured tobacco leaf was similar and brighter.
