| 摘 要： | 以８ 种方法提取烤后烟叶ＤＮＡ，测定其浓度和纯度，结合叶绿体不编码蛋白序列和３５Ｓ启动子序列的ＰＣＲ扩增结果来分析评价提取ＤＮＡ 的质量，同时讨论了这些提取方法的可靠性及所提取ＤＮＡ 的纯度和产量。

| Abstract: | The concentration and the purity of DNA extracted from the cured tobacco leaf with eight methods were measured and its quality were assessed by PCR analysis which used tobacco chloroplast non coding DNA sequence and 35s promoter sequence.The liability,convenience,purity and yield of these DNA extraction methods were also discussed. |
